Ashburn, VA – Whitestone Capital, a division of Whitestone Companies, announced the groundbreaking of its newest hotel development, the Tempo by Hilton at One Loudoun. Located in Ashburn, Virginia, just 10 minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport and 25 minutes from downtown Washington D.C, the 169-room lifestyle hotel marks Whitestone’s first hotel project in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Whitestone has partnered with Kite Realty Group, owner and developer of One Loudoun, to bring the seven-story hotel to the center of the highly anticipated Phase Three expansion. The mixed-use development will include the hotel, 86,000 square feet of retail space, 34,000 square feet of office space, and approximately 400 luxury multifamily residences.
Scheduled to open in late fall 2027, the Tempo by Hilton at One Loudoun will feature ground-floor retail with six floors dedicated to the hotel. The second floor will serve as the hotel’s social and wellness hub, offering the lobby and front desk experience, fitness center, coffee shop, meeting space, signature bar, and full-service restaurant.
The second-floor restaurant will extend onto an expansive four-season outdoor terrace featuring glass railings overlooking a pedestrian park that will host seasonal programming throughout the year, including summer festivals and winter ice skating. Guests will be able to enjoy elevated dining experiences, cocktails around fire pits, and soft seating areas designed to foster connection and relaxation.
Inspired by art and modern lifestyle hospitality, the hotel has been designed to deliver a first-of-its-kind guest experience for Loudoun County.
